1. Using this website
These terms govern consumer purchases from this store, not purchases from third-party links. You may browse without an account. To order, you must be at least 18, able to enter a contract and authorised to use the payment method. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate others or interfere with other customers.
2. Product information
Unverified catalogue entries are for browsing only and cannot be purchased. Product descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, allergens and other required food information must be verified by the store before sale. Photos may show packaging variations, but the supplied goods must match their description. A placeholder is not a photograph of the product.
The store remains responsible for providing legally required and accurate food information. Read the displayed information before ordering and the delivered label before use, because formulations can change. Ask the store about any uncertainty or allergy; do not consume an item where the label conflicts with information you relied on. Nothing here shifts the store's statutory duties to you.
3. Prices, tax and errors
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery and discounts are itemised before payment. Displayed previous prices must be genuine and verified. If a material pricing error is discovered, the store will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund; it will not take an additional amount without your agreement.
4. Stock and substitutions
Temporary opening stock is not a verified availability statement. Confirmed inventory is checked and reserved when payment checkout starts. If an item cannot be supplied, the store will notify you and refund it. No substitutions, including a different brand, size or allergen profile, will be made without your explicit agreement. A reservation can expire if payment is not completed.
5. Placing and accepting an order
Review your basket, quantities, total, address and contact details before paying. Your order is an offer to buy. A payment confirmation acknowledges receipt of payment; the store accepts your order when it confirms dispatch. If the store cannot accept it, it will notify you and refund sums paid. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Keep the confirmation and order number.
6. Card payments and promotions
Card payments are processed on Stripe Checkout, subject to any card authentication requested by your bank. The store does not receive your full card number or security code. Payment must succeed before fulfilment. A failed or expired payment does not confirm an order. Check its status before trying again.
Coupon eligibility, expiry, usage limits and minimum spend apply as displayed. One coupon can be used per order. Discounts cannot reduce a basket below zero or be exchanged for cash. Valid offers already accepted will not be retrospectively withdrawn without a lawful reason.
7. Minimum order and delivery charges
Current minimum goods subtotal: £10.00. Standard delivery: £3.99. Delivery is free when the goods total after discounts reaches £50.00. Charges are recalculated before payment; an eligible free-delivery coupon may also apply.
8. Delivery arrangements
Current delivery postcode areas: BN1, BN2, BN3. Opening hours: to be confirmed before opening. The store must communicate an agreed delivery date or period before accepting an order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be within 30 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed time slots unless expressly agreed.
Give an accurate, accessible address and ensure someone can receive temperature-sensitive goods. If delivery fails, the store will contact you to agree next steps. Any reasonable redelivery charge must be explained and agreed, not imposed automatically. You are not responsible for delivery failures caused by the store. Goods remain at the store's risk until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.
9. Fresh, chilled, frozen and perishable food
Temperature-sensitive goods require suitable handling and prompt storage according to the label. Do not consume goods that appear unsafe, damaged or incorrectly stored. Contact the store promptly so it can investigate. A request to report problems quickly does not shorten your legal rights. Food safety and recall communications are not marketing.
10. Cancellation
For eligible non-perishable goods bought online, notify the store within 14 days after receipt if you wish to cancel without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to return them. The change-of-mind right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or qualifying sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
To cancel, email the store with your name, address, order number and the items affected, or use this optional wording: "I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods], ordered on [date], received on [date], name [name], address [address], date [date]." A signature is needed only for a paper notice. The store will provide return arrangements; do not send chilled or frozen goods without contacting it.
11. Returns, missing goods and refunds
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. Contact the store about damaged, incorrect or missing items. A photo and order number can help but are not a condition of your statutory rights. For a fault, the store pays reasonable return costs and provides the remedy required by law. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay direct return costs unless agreed otherwise and may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Eligible cancellation refunds include standard outbound delivery when the whole order is cancelled. Refunds are made to the original payment method without a refund fee, within the applicable statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Where no return is required, the relevant deadline runs from notice of cancellation. Bank posting time may follow processing; contact the store if a refund is overdue.
12. Accounts and guest orders
An account is optional. Keep passwords and secure guest-order links private. Notify the store of suspected unauthorised use. Account holders can view their orders; guests use a secure browser session or an emailed verification link. The store may restrict abusive access proportionately but will not withhold lawful refunds or other consumer rights.
13. Intellectual property and external services
Store branding and site content are owned or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping, but permission is needed for commercial republication. Supplier trademarks remain their owners'. Links to Stripe, WhatsApp and other services lead to separate services with their own terms and privacy arrangements. WhatsApp opens only when you choose it.
14. Availability and liability
Maintenance and faults may interrupt the site. The store will take reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability. It is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The site is for domestic consumer purchases, not resale.
15. Complaints, changes and jurisdiction
Contact the store using the details above and include your order reference where relevant. It will investigate and explain its proposed resolution. These terms may be updated for future orders; the version applying when your order was placed remains applicable to it. English law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to you. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their home courts as allowed by law.
